You received a defective product, or
You received a wrong product.

How it works

You must contact us within 24-48 hours after receiving a wrong or defective product.
You must send us a picture of the wrong or defective product as proof.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to approval.
Exceptions made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can’t be canceled if they’re already confirmed or shipped.
